Jonathan Thompson – Technical Project Lead
Jon’s deep experience spans both business and technical fields, overseeing the creation of innovative web and mobile applications for corporate clients and has founded and runs his own start-up. Jon is also a noted and influential blogger covering the nexus of mobile and digital technology in the international arena. He built an industry leading news and technology blog and brand from the ground up with stories with his stories being picked up by the New York Times, WIRED and Red Herring. He’s spoken to audiences at O’Reilly conferences and has been interviewed by BBC World News and other global news outlets. Jon has worked with diverse group of clients and agencies including the United Nations, Pfizer, US State Department, Google and Doctors Without Borders. After years in Africa, Asia and the Middle East he now calls the Bay Area home.
Andrew Fynn – Senior Strategist / Content Management
20 years experience as a content writer and editor for a broad range of topics, with a focus on sustainability brands and sustainability messaging. 10 years experience in Marketing and Communications. Andrew has gained a reputation for building and curating robust online communities with high engagement levels, at a relatively accelerated pace, and for optimizing leverage points between channels to achieve above sum gains from digital assets and between online communities. Clients include corporate and large non-profit organizations, such as the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.
Avan Datt – Outreach Coordinator / Analytics
University of Oregon graduate with a BS degree in Advertising & Communication, with over 3 years of experience in online marketing, social media, and strategy. He has also done work for AKQA, O’Leary & Partners, and Charlton Engel Marketing. His focus at ZVD Media is on integrated marketing analytics, overseeing cross-platform campaigns, data reporting, media planning, social media management, and copy writing.
Ryan Steinhardt – Design Lead
Over 6 years experience in designing custom experiences within Social Media (WordPress, Twitter, YouTube, MySpace & Facebook). Past client work includes NBA on TNT, ESPN, Cisco, Microsoft, Universal Music, NIKE, ELLE Magazine, Stanford Medical and IBM.
Matthias Ajpe – Developer Lead
13 years experience in developing social driven community experience on the web, starting in the late 90’s as a Channel Manager for AOL for a 5 years (during its heydey). Matthias completed his MBA with specific focus in Content Management Systems for Online Social Properties from the University of Hannover, Germany.
